To report a lost or stolen ATM card please contact the credit union at (805) 644-4657 Ext. 221.
To order a replacement ATM or E-Check VISA Debit Card, please contact the credit union during regular business hours by calling (805) 644-4657.
Checks
If a check is lost or stolen, immediately place a Stop Payment on the check. You can place a stop payment one of three ways: in our branch, on-line through online banking, or by calling us directly at (805) 644-4657. There is a form that needs to be signed within 14 days of placing the Stop Payment. You can either come into our branch or we can mail this form to you. This form must be returned to the credit union within the 14-day period, or the Stop Payment will not be effective. When a Stop Payment is placed on a check, the check cannot clear your account and will be returned unpaid.
A Stop Payment fee may apply.
You should always review your account when you receive your monthly statement. You can also review your account on-line by signing up for On-Line Banking on our homepage.

American Express Gift Cheques
Gift cheques are replaceable if lost or stolen, usually within 24 hours. Please call 1-888-269-6669 for more information.
American Express Gift Cards
If lost or stolen, the gift recipient must notify American Express immediately at: 1-877-AXP-GIFT. Funds used on the gift card before it being lost may not be replaced or returned. Please refer to American Express for further details. A minimal fee may apply for card replacement.
