Barbara Doyle
Barbara Doyle serves a chairperson of the Supervisory Committee, a position that she has held since October 2004. Barbara has been a member of CSFCU for 35 years. She currently holds the position of Assistant Dean at the Ventura College of Law. Prior to her employment at the College of Law in 1979, Barbara worked in turn for all three colleges in the Ventura County Community College District. She is holds an associates degree from Moorpark College.
Kerry Mehle
Kerry is employed by the Ventura County Community College District as a Graphic Communications Technician at Moorpark College. He graduated from Moorpark College with an AS degree in 1971. After a brief time working at a printing company in Santa Barbara, he returned to his alma mater to become its Graphics Technician. Nine years later, he left to open a commercial printing company with his brother in Santa Paula. In 1991 he returned once more to Moorpark College to fill his previous position. Kerry has been a member of CSFCU for 38 years, and is a past member, and president, of the CSFCU Board of Directors. He is currently serving on the Supervisory Committee

Greg Bird
Greg has worked as an Advertising Executive for a Ventura County radio cluster, Gold Coast Broadcasting since 2000. Greg holds a B.A. in Psychology with a Minor in Literature and Writing Studies from California State University, San Marcos, where he graduated as a member of Psi Chi – The International Honor Society in Psychology. Greg also earned an M.B.A. with an emphasis in Business Management from California State University, San Marcos, and graduated as a member of Sigma Iota Epsilon – The National Honorary and Professional Management Fraternity. Greg currently serves in his second year as the Chairman of the Board of Directors, and has been a Board Member at County Schools Federal Credit Union since April 2004.
Loren N Pine
Loren Pine is the U.S. National Manager of Mission Without Borders/Child Rescue International. He received a B.A. from Azusa Pacific University and a M.A. from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. Mr. Pine became a member of the County Schools Federal Credit Union Board of Directors in April 2005.
Nicole Corte
Nicole Corte is the Tax and Accounting Manager at Cimarron Management Company, a private wealth management group. She received her license to practice public accounting and continues to consult with a public accounting firm. Nicole is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara, where she earned her B.A. in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting. She earned her MBA with an emphasis in Finance from California Lutheran University. Ms. Corte became a member of the County Schools Federal Credit Union Board of Directors in April 2008.
Stan Mantooth
Stan Mantooth has over 30 years’ experience in the areas of school business and human resources management; both in school districts and at the County Office level. He has a Bachelor’s degree from California State University, Northridge and a Master’s degree in School Business Administration from Pepperdine University. Mr. Mantooth has also served on a variety of statewide committees, and served as Chair of the California County Superintendents Educational Services Association (CCSESA) Business and Administration Steering Committee in 2001. He is also a long time member of the Association of California School Administrators (ACSA) and the California Association of School Business Officials (CASBO). His specific areas of focus and expertise include financial systems and budget development, personnel administration, collective bargaining, maintenance, operations and transportation, facilities planning and administration, purchasing and risk management. Having previously served in three separate unified school districts over a 21-year period, he is currently the Associate Superintendent for Administrative Services with the Ventura County Office of Education. Mr. Mantooth has served on the County Schools Federal Credit Union Supervisory Committee, and was Chairman of the Board of Directors, where he has been serving as a Director for the past eight years.
Francine Torrigiani
Francine Torrigiani is currently the Assistant Superintendent of Business and Classified Personnel with the Santa Paula Union High School District. Francine has over twenty-two years’ experience in the area of school business and ten years’ experience in human resource. She has a bachelor’s degree from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. Ms. Torrigiani is a long standing member of the California Association of School Business Officials (CASBO) and a member of the Association of California School Administrators (ACSA). In 1990, Ms. Torrigiani was appointed to the newly formed Asset/Liability Committee and in 1991 was elected to the Board of Directors. She served as Chairman of the Board of Directors for six years.
Barbara Vollmert
Barbara retired from Ventura County Superintendent of Schools where she was an Assistant Director. Though retired, Barbara continues working in school finance in various capacities throughout Ventura County. She is a graduate of the University of La Verne, where she earned her M.S. in Business Organizational Management. Barbara has been a member of the Board of Directors since 1996.
Toni Solano
Toni Solano is the Chief Financial Officer of Shahin Buttons & Trims, Inc., an international wholesaler to the fashion industry. She has been a resource parent for Rainbow Connection, a co-author of "Tech for Tots: Assistive Technology for Infants and Young Children" at the USC/UAP Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, and a board member of Developmental Disabilities Board Area IX. She founded the Special Parents Cafe. Previously Toni served as Director of Marketing for a major Southern California homebuilder. Toni received a B.S. with Honors in Journalism from the University of Colorado, Boulder and an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University. Ms. Solano became a member of the Board of Directors in April 2010.
