Touch Tone Express is Quick and Efficient. Touch Tone Express is County Schools Federal Credit Union’s 24-hour telephone teller system. You can access your accounts anytime day or night. Touch Tone Express puts a teller in your home, office, car, or anywhere there is a touch-tone phone.
Touch Tone Express is Easy to Use
From a Touch Tone telephone:- Call (805) 644-1580, or (800) 737-1205
- Enter Your member number
- Enter Your 4-digit personal access code (PIN). (If you have not signed up for Touch Tone Express yet, call the credit union. It’s easy to sign-up. Please note, you will be asked to select your own 4-digit personal access code.)
With Touch Tone Express, You Can:
- Check your savings, checking and loan balances
- Make check withdrawals
- Transfer funds
- Make loan payments
- Inquire about cleared checks
- Check on deposits and withdrawals
- Calculate loan amortization
- And much, much more!
Things to Remember:
- Do not enter the decimal point when putting in dollar amounts. Enter the exact amount for each transaction, including dollar and cents - For example: to enter $100.00, press 10000#
- Withdrawals are by check only and are mailed to your home address as it appears on our system

- You may key ahead at any time during the session. You do not need to wait for the voice prompt

ATM & E-Check Debit Cards
At County School Federal Credit Union we offer both ATM and E-Check VISA Debit Cards.
With our ATM card you have access to thousands of ATM's across the country, and around the world. Our County Schools ATM card allows you to deposit, withdrawal and transfer funds from any ATM machine bearing the Cirrus, Star, or CO-OP logos. Your ATM card allows you to conduct up to $300.00 in transactions per 24-hour period.
Your first card is provided to you as a free benefit when you join. Swing on over to the credit union for your ATM card!
Our E-Check VISA Debit card provides all of the functions of our ATM card and allows you to have more purchasing power. This card can be used anywhere VISA is accepted and the funds will be automatically withdrawn from your checking account. With a $300.00 cash/point of sale (pin based transactions) limit and a $1,500.00 VISA purchase limit per 24-hour period, your E-Check debit card allows you to more efficiently manage your time and money!
